Windhoeker Maschinenfabrik (WMF) is proud to announce a strategic partnership with TransNamib to refurbish and restore a fleet of rundown wagons and locomotives.
Set to commence on 1 July 2025, the project will run over a period of three to five years, focusing on revitalizing critical railway assets to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and safety of Namibiaβs rail transport system.
This initiative marks a significant step toward national infrastructure renewal and aligns with WMFβs commitment to delivering innovative technical solutions that serve both public and industrial sectors.
Through this collaboration, WMF reinforces its role as a key player in advancing Namibiaβs manufacturing, industrialization and engineering capabilities while contributing to sustainable economic growth.
